Classical music has been known to bear abundant benefits for all age groups.

We believe that training children in classical music results in fortitude, concentration and a strong work ethic.

The JUMY Foundation would like to encourage, promote and reward the efforts of youngsters who strive for their best in classical music training.
In collaboration with the Department of Music at the Western Connecticut State University (WCSU)

and with the enthusiastic support of Dr. Russell Hirshield, Professor of Music,

the JUMY Foundation launched the annual "J.Y. Park Piano Competition" in 2014.
